Senior Consultant

Role Overview

Senior Consultants serve as primary contacts for clients and lead on the planning and execution of campaigns. This role suits experienced communications professionals who can lead strategy, manage junior team members, and contribute to business growth.


Key Responsibilities

–  Serve as lead contact for client accounts, ensuring delivery of superior service.
–  Own the development and execution of complex PR campaigns.
– Lead client meetings, provide strategic counsel and resolve challenges.
– Develop compelling storytelling and editorial direction across campaigns.
–  Advise clients on crisis communication strategies and messaging.
–  Identify and convert new business opportunities.
–  Mentor and delegate work to junior team members.
– Monitor market trends and provide proactive strategic input.
–  Report to senior leadership and advise on account performance.

Experience and Qualifications

–

– Experience presenting to boards and senior stakeholders.
– Skilled in managing budgets and performance metrics.
– Bachelor’s degree preferred; sector-specific knowledge advantageous.
